Healthcare Resources: Vineyard Church
There are several organizations and programs in Central Ohio that assist individuals who are uninsured with obtaining necessary health care services. The organizations below may be able to assist you with obtaining needed health care services even if you have limited income or no health insurance.
VINEYARD CHURCH OF COLUMBUS
Vineyard Medical Clinic – 117 E. 5th Ave: Walk in, 1st come, 1st served, Wednesday evenings (will see up to 20 patients). Sign-in begins at 5:30pm. Provides diagnosis and treatment of illnesses only. No lab tests, injections, physicals or x-rays.
Vineyard Dental Clinic – 171 E. 5th Ave: By appointment only. Provides dental exams, fillings, extractions and cleanings. No bridgework, orthodontics or dentures. Call Fridays, 9-11am to schedule appointments. 614.259.5428.
Vineyard Vision Clinic – 171 E. 5th Ave: By appointment only. Offers eye exams and information for obtaining discounted eye glasses. Call Fridays, 9-11am to schedule appointments. 614.259.5428.

What Should I do if I am Injured at Work?
Immediately report your injury to your employer and to the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC). You should report all injuries to your employer, no matter how insignificant it may seem at the time. If medical treatment is needed it should be sought immediately.
